How to make your pre-rolls and pre-milled flowers better than the rest?

If you do not own a cultivar, you cannot differentiate your cannabis flower products by that cultivar. Even if you own an excellent cultivar, you can only differentiate your flower products during the commercial life of that cultivar, generally one year. It is very SAD.

Then, what can you do to differentiate your non-infused pre-rolls and pre-milled flowers starting from the SAME raw flowers? We have some suggestions for you:

     

      1. Remove as much stem as possible.

    Stems:

       

        • do not smoke well

        • cause uneven filling

        • cause uneven burning because they burn differently

        • may damage the wrapping paper

        • lower the potency

        • does not look nice in the eye of consumers, especially the stems in pre-milled flower

        • Mill the flower to the right size distribution

      2. The size distribution:

         

          • controls the packing density, especially for cone-shape pre-rolls

          • affects the packing evenness

          • affects the smoking experience by controlling the airflow and burning rate

          • affects the flower falling off in the straight pre-rolls

          • Control the filling evenness during pre-roll filling

        3.   Filling evenness

           

            • controls the burning evenness

            • Control the packing density

          4.  Packing density:

             

              • control the burning rate

              • control the burning evenness
